We are not a roofing contractor. We do no roofing work of any kind, we do not prepare estimates or set prices, we do not sign contracts, and we do not deal with insurers or claims for anyone. When you send a request through the site or call (843) 555-0174, we pass it to one independent local roofer, who contacts you directly. Any inspection, estimate, contract and work come from that roofer.

The roofer may pay us a fee for each referral. That fee is how the site is funded. You never pay us anything, and you never receive anything of value from us or from the roofer for using the site: no cash, gift cards, credits, discounts, rebates or rewards for referring a neighbor. South Carolina law forbids a contractor from paying or rebating your insurance deductible, and nothing here offers to.

Because a roofer may pay for referrals, you should weigh its estimate as you would any other. We do not claim that any roofer is better than another, and we have not checked any roofer's credentials for you. Before you sign, look the company up with the SC Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, ask for proof of insurance coverage, and get the contract and warranties in writing. You are free to get other estimates or to hire no one at all.
