When you fill in the estimate or contact form, we receive what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address, street address and a short note about your roof. When you call (843) 555-0174, the call may be logged with your number, the time and its length so we can route it. Like most websites, the site may also record basic visit data, such as pages viewed, the type of device and a rough location based on your connection, to see which pages help people.

We use your details for one main purpose: to pass your request to one independent local roofer serving your area, who then contacts you about an estimate. We may also use them to answer a question you sent us or to keep a simple record of the referral. We do not sell your details to list brokers or post them to a bidding board, and we do not pass one request around to a group of companies.

The roofer who receives your request runs its own business and handles your information under its own practices once it has it. We keep referral records only as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes above and for ordinary business records.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact page or call (843) 555-0174. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request. The site is meant for adults and does not knowingly collect details from children. If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with an updated date.
